Rare of me to provide a rating to an establishment that has a three-way combination, e.g Tea Room, Coffee Shop and Restaurant all in one, but The Chimney Pot is an exception, due to the high-quality food, immaculate surroundings and pleasant and welcoming staff.

I do often take lunch in this rather quaint establishment. The ham and cheese panini are exceptionally good, probably the best I have tasted anywhere in England, which is always supported by a pot of tea and on occasions, two pots of tea..! My wife informs me the cakes are 'scrummy'.

All food is freshly prepared onsite, and they also offer a takeaway service, ranging from breakfast, lunches, snacks, teas, and coffees. See menu below.

I can recommend The Chimney Pot. Parking near-by is limited to one hour, but paid parking is also nearby for longer periods.
