Each member of the staff is meticulously trained to embody exceptional service, ensuring that guests feel both welcomed and attended to throughout their visit.

The menu offers a delightful array of traditional tea and beverage selections, complemented by an exquisite selection of freshly baked scones, delicate pastries, cakes, and sandwiches and a lot more besides, all prepared with a focus on quality ingredients and time-honoured recipes.

This commitment to culinary excellence not only elevates the dining experience but also pays homage to classic English customs. Under Julie’s ’ leadership, the Elham Tea House has become a sanctuary for enthusiasts of afternoon tea, reflecting a blend of sophistication and comfort that sets it apart from other tea rooms.

When I first met Julie at her last tea room, it became immediately apparent that she possessed an exceptional acumen for the tea room industry. Her profound knowledge of various tea blends and beverages, paired with an innate ability to curate a warm and inviting atmosphere, showcased her dedication to providing patrons with a memorable experience.

Julie's meticulous attention to detail was evident in every aspect of this new establishment—from the carefully selected china to the thoughtfully crafted menu that highlighted food and seasonal offerings.
